"En lo que" being used as "while"?
Today, while reading, I found this interesting sentence:
"Estando en casa el se acostó en el sofá a descansar en lo que yo acomodaba la cama para ya dormir"
I didn't understand what was going on here, so I put it in SpanishDictionary.com and it translated "en lo que" as "while". I couldn't find any articles online discussing this specific usage. Can anyone clarify if this is common?
