Pay for Slack - get free ads that cannot be dismissed
I am on a paid Slack plan and they are showing a promotional banner for an upgrade inside the app. There is no way to dismiss it. Support told me it will stay there until April 30.
So to recap, I pay for the software, get an ad in the UI anyway, and my only option is to stare at it every day until the campaign ends. Or of course "take the trial" and get auto upgraded at the end.
Snippet from the terms: "At the end of the trial, you will be automatically upgraded to Business+ and your plan payment will increase."
