Setting up a Ko-Fi Page without an incentives?
I have something that has been on my mind for the past week.
I am a Vtuber and I have been streaming for sometime now (Few years). My community is still very small and I really want to grow it out (Currently Viewership 3, and YT Subs about 250).
The problem I am facing is funding. My graphics, alerts, model and everything is very outdated; around 2023. I have saved up for a new model. But I feel like I want to impove the look of the stream and make it a better experance for the viewers. Plus I think it would help with improving the look for YouTube content too.
So I was thinking about setting up a Ko-Fi Page as a place to get tips and donos. However I don't really have incentives for people to donate and I really don't like setting up pages like this because I feel gulit when I get donated money. I feel this guilt because It feels akward that someone gave me money
Has anyone here ever used Ko-Fi and do you think it is really worth setting up a page in my case?
I was thinking for now I would set it up and ability to donate $1 and set a progress goal bar. I just want to find ways to just raise my passive income a tiny bit so I can afford to make these updates and commission some artists.
