Dinking keeping paddle above wrist 2 hand backhand

Was watching video on the cup dink in back hand side 2 hands and want to try to incorporate more of this . Do you all make sure to do this what are your tips for keeping a good 2 hand backhand dink. I know you have to get pretty low to get under the ball. I have some video of my dinking too but I also notice that tanner and James in this video have more vertical paddle in hand

High backhand volley to mid height how to put away or correct form and then how to recover afterward

I was looking at the form for my higher backhand volley put away lately I noticed I was hitting out. I found a Ben Johns video where they say you should twist the wrist down vs then rotate hard and put away. I am curious on the mechanics of this my usual ready position is two hands but I disconnect to one hand. It looks harder for me to remember to twist my wrist down and swing. How do you approach these type shots? I found a counter video as well that said should keep paddle vertically up head up and hit head on no fancy ness
