Has anyone done the Dance Artists course? I’m looking for a rough idea of what a typical week looks like… Also, does anyone have info on non-shared accommodation? I’m looking for private studios etc, if you know the rough prices and best areas 🫶

I've been stuck in a loop with my previous employer and HMRC since December 2025 and I'm hoping someone can help.
I did a seasonal job over Christmas in the 2025/26 tax year. On my first slip, I was taxed. I called HMRC and they confirmed I was well within my personal allowance. They issued a refund for that payslip and tax from a previous employer for the same reason.
However, the employer continued to tax me incorrectly (and messed up my hours etc) for the rest of my time there. I left that job but the figures on my final documents are a mess...
I actually paid: £257.05
My P45 says | paid: £62.17
HMRC says I paid: £98.82
HMRC tells me they "can't do anything" after sending the evidence because the employer keeps insisting they have reported the figures correctly. The employer tells me they've "fixed it" but the P45 they issued clearly doesn't match the reality of my bank account or HMRC's portal.
I understand that with various deductions and "fixes" the £257.05 might shift slightly but I am still owed a significant refund because I am under the personal allowance threshold for the year.

• What I actually paid: £257.05
• What my P45 says I paid: £62.17
• What HMRC says I paid: £98.82
The Problem:
HMRC tells me they "can't do anything" after sending the evidence because the employer keeps insisting they have reported the figures correctly. The employer tells me they’ve "fixed it" but the P45 they issued clearly doesn't match the reality of my bank account or HMRC’s portal.

My Question:
How do I get what’s owed?
