I'm posting in here for all the other TMs who might live in areas that rarely get thunderstorms.

If there is Thunder and Lightning happening in your area, your leadership is REQUIRED to keep you inside for a certain amount of time after the last bit of lightning.

Don't let them tell you they can't turn off drive up. they absolutely can.

The specifics can be found on workbench. The big safety training that makes you click over to a web page describing bad weather events? Yeah, the rules were there. Both TMs and TLs should have read that, but I have found that I'm pretty much the only person in my store that did.

Look up the rules. Stay inside. Fight for your rights and safety. Call ethics/Osha if they refuse/try to retaliate.
