Heart pain for 2 weeks when sleeping on left
So for 2 weeks now I feel pain in my heart or maybe a bit below it to the left I'm not sure. It's a stabbing pain and I feel the need to burp but no matter how much I burp it never goes away. What could possibly be the cause and how can I get rid of it. Also I'm 17 with no past heart problems
