TMS 402-16 - Section 9.3.3.2 - Max. flexural reinforcement
To me this section looks intended for in-plane rather than out of plane. For a wall that is only taking out of plane wind (not part of the MWFRS) the max moment would be at a zero shear location, so their equation would be divided by zero? Thoughts?
