Ich kenne Ed jetzt schon seit 2018, als wir uns das erste Mal auf der ICBC trafen, es hat jedoch weitere 8 Jahre gedauert bis ich ein tiefgehendes Interview mit ihm fertigstellen konnte. Einige weitere Treffen, Telefonate, E-Mails und Joints später ist es soweit.

Es geht um seine erste Buchveröffentlichung, die Entstehung von High Times, Medical Cannabis Aktivismus, seinen Bundesprozess und weitere spannende Themen.

Germany’s Federal Court of Justice recently ruled on a case involving cannabis telemedicine advertising and the decision could become highly relevant for online prescription platforms, medical cannabis providers and pharmacies.

The case centered around a platform that informed users about medical cannabis and then guided them toward requesting treatment through cooperating doctors. According to the court, that kind of public-facing communication can cross the line under Germany’s strict advertising rules for prescription medicines.
