Hello everyone. Forgive me if I’m not in the right subreddit. I just need some reassurance

I bought a car in March and they gave me 45 days to make the first payment. I thought, what’s the worst that could happen if I make the first payment early? So I made the first payment towards the end of March. The first payment is due April 17th. I made the payment, it went through and that was it. Now the 17th of April has passed and my bank online is saying it’s past due. I called and they said it should be good. The guy on the phone thought I was making a payment for March. There is no March payment. I just need a little reassurance to make sure every is good, and what else should I do if the case its not alright? Thank you
