I’m a gym junkie, cardio job and eating clean for 5+ years with no fast food

Had my second child and took time off from gym and clean eating to help my wife at home. Fell into severe depression and anxiety (unexplainable - I love my life) Doctor suggested lack of sleep and poor diet during my month off. I usually feel strong and confident af. Ready for war kinda guy.

All of a sudden I’ve been on my ass, cant get motivated to do shit. Ball aches, head aches, always bloated and mild soreness behind the nips. Everything task is hard, I feel like I’m on meth but also just want to sleep all the time. Doctor suggested TRT for me but I’m hesitant
