Tcs prime Hr not satisfied with documents at interview. Am I cooked?
after back forth with hr for like 3 hours about certificates he said "I wrote feedback about documents and I don't guarantee your acceptance and its upto other guys to decide".
I didn't carry Provisional Certificate. college takes 10days to release after applying. and I'm lazy to apply it before, now paying price.
He insulted me. (In native language) Hr: whyy are you here without certs?
Hr: you are not serious about yourself?
Hr: why don't you have work experience? Me:(bro I'm 2025 passout)
Hr:what are you doing at home without working anywhere? Me: currently I am working on my fullstack skills and learning Blockchain dev. Hr: why are you learning wasting your time?.you don't even have any certificates (i don't have my PC only, and showed orginal semwise marksheets)
All these back and forth at me and my lifestyle interview happened for like 3 hours in between two other candidates interviews
Twist: same hr accepted my classmate without pc certificate and only marksheets.
