For context, I work 3 other jobs and I’m full time in school. Apparently just yesterday I was put on the schedule to work Mother’s Day as it is the busiest day of the year (so I’m told). I was unbeknownst that is it a required day to work due to never checking the app (since management doesn’t schedule me). I will be out of town starting that day and have tried talking to management. I doubt I’ll get anyone to cover so will I get written up and nothing bad will happen or how does that work?
