Stocking Tips for a 29 with Nanofish and Shrimp
I loved my 20 gallon stocked with clown killis, exclamation points, and my halfbeak so much I upgraded them to a 29 so I could increase my school of exclamation points (currently at 9, may increase to 12-15 soon) and possibly add a few more species of nanofish.
The tank is heavily planted and I have shrimp and mystery snails (also ramshorn snails, but I’m doing my best to get rid of them whenever I see them).
I did add some golden kuhlis when I upgraded, but am wondering if there are any other fish that might be a good fit.
My requirements are:
* Must be shrimp friendly (any fish will eat a baby shrimp if they get the chance, but they need to not be combing the tank to eliminate every single one.
* Prefer no more large schools. I‘m happy with my EPs and not looking for more.
* Needs to be compatible with my fish I already have. I adore my tiny little guys and if they were eaten or bullied I’d be beside myself.
* Absolutely no bettas.
