Ergonomics Update?

I know the point of Milwaukee is power and performance, but the might have the worst ergonomics of any tool brand in my opinion. Dewalt is very similar in certain products and much lighter/stand on their own, and battery comfort is not a discussion.

Ex: M18 Multi tool, significantly larger than Dewalt/Ridgid and won’t stand

New tool wish list. Future of Ryobi

The range is phenomenal, but the upgrades are minimal.

Personally, I want to be a brushless shop vac, a shorter impact (preferably hydraulic), metal chucks on compact lines like Ridgid, brushless 7 1-4 miter, and an actually “compact” blower.

I know it won’t happen soon but I would like an eventual transition to a non-stem battery system.

Product Range

The new Nuke line looks great and is a welcome upgrade. But the concern is still lack of updates to tools other than drills and drivers. Is Ridgid still a viable in 2026 as a single brand?

Whether it’s OPE, new 7 1/4 circ saws, fan upgrade, is it reliable that these will be updated and if so are we waiting 3-4 years?

Ryobi Hydraulic Impact?

With the new Surge Gen II and new Ridgid Stealth Force along with a presumed new generation of Dewalt Hydraulic, any rumors of Ryobi releasing a model? Personally I think it’s the perfect market as the presumed DIY community generally needs less power and would like a quieter impact.

Ridgid Nuke!

Stealth, New Drill. That mini blower looks way better and smaller than Milwaukees.
