Business Strategy Consultant Freelancer here

Hi everyone, I’m Anika.

I work with startups that feel stuck with things like unclear brand positioning, inconsistent marketing, low conversions, weak sales direction, or simply not fully understanding their customers yet.

A lot of founders know something feels “off” in the business but can’t always pinpoint what exactly is causing it and that’s the gap I try to help with through consumer behaviour analysis, strategy, audits, and structured feedback.

I don’t directly execute campaigns for companies, but I help founders figure out what direction to take, what’s working vs what’s not, and where improvements can actually make a difference.

Currently looking to work closely with a startup/team on a freelance consulting basis. Also happy to do one small sample task before starting so you can evaluate my approach and see if it’s a good fit.

I’ve been noticing something lately.

Most people our age (I’m in the same bracket) aren’t confused because we lack information.
If anything, we have too much of it.

Everywhere you look, there’s advice:

  • do this course
  • learn this skill
  • go into this field
  • avoid that career

And it just keeps piling up.

At some point it stops being helpful and starts making everything more confusing.

It feels like everyone is telling you what to do,
but no one is really helping you figure out what actually makes sense for you.

I’m not an expert or anything—I’m still figuring things out myself.

But I do spend a lot of time looking into different career paths, options, and trends, and I’ve started noticing patterns in how people get stuck.

I’m kind of curious—

How are you guys actually making decisions right now?

Are you just trying things randomly, following what seems “safe,” or do you have some system that works for you?

Also, if anyone here is feeling properly tuck, I don’t mind talking it through.
Not selling anything—just want to understand how different people are thinking about this.
