moving back due to the ongoing back issues and looking for a genuinely good physiotherapist/rehab specialist in the city.

Preferably someone who:

Properly assesses posture/movement

Understands spine + pelvic issues

Focuses on rehab/strengthening, not just temporary pain relief

Would really appreciate recommendations from personal experience rather than just ratings. Thanks.
