How can I get my 14 year old account back

I need some tips on recovering my 14 year old account. It got hacked around 2017 and I was a kid back then so all I did was literally dm the guy who used to host rank vlogs from my brothers account😭. I tried recovering it through support but they were no help. I've moved to a different country and don't have the same PC anymore, yet they seem adamant that I use the same ip. I even provided them a location from where I played and even my id since my account had my real name on it.

Any ex or current tanki employee know what could get my account back, because the account 100% has proof that it was hacked, password gets changed and friends removed and then suddenly account never accessed after that. No way they can't tell the account had suspicious behavior unless they just don't keep logs like these. Also the worst thing is that the account was never made with an email, there was a glitch back then to create accounts without an email.

Need dermatologist recommendation that can perform minor surgery to remove deep cystic acne that I've had in my face for 2 years. Prior experience would be best because I want minimal scarring

I got tinnitus out of no where 5 years ago, every test I got showed up normal and my ENT told me it might've been due to any sort of trauma. Anyways I got used to it because it wasn't that loud. After a year I started accutane for my acne and 3 months in my tinnitus increased so I stopped it even though my dermatologist said it'll be temporary. It never decreased and 4 years later I'm still stuck with acne.

A year ago I started SSRIs for my anxiety and as soon as we got to 25mg a day the tinnitus increased and we had to stop treatment. Thankfully it did go back down. Now my psychologist switched me to buspirone and guess what, it increased after a month as soon as I started taking 5mg twice a day. I literally can't take any medication I need and I feel like I've been stuck in a loop. Taking Xanax for 3 days in a row also increases it and a lot of other drugs too like some NSAIDS I took when I got a knee injury. Thankfully all of them have been temporary except for accutane. Now I need to let my psychologist know I can't continue buspirone anymore. Tinnitus sucks.
