Modding Panda Pack 2
I recently splurged and bought myself a Panda Pack 2 (pic 1) and honestly it’s the closest to perfect bag for me. It’s got some small quirks (only one place for the removable key leash and even tho you can unsnap the luggage tag you can’t pull it out from the attachment ring?!) but the only real gripe I have is the lack of a chest or the ability to add one. Between a very active biking habit and some shoulder injuries this is a clutch mod for me. It’s an expensive bag so I don’t want to fuck it up.
I’m wondering if anyone has any non-sewing options they’ve seen or used before to attach chest straps? I’m considering getting someone to add a sliding rail system (like on the CPP2 in pic 2, for instance) to the shoulder straps but, again, I don’t want to fuck it up.
