Ordered a Kakwa 55 in small w S/M hipbelt in 200x and it just arrived today but in size large with M/L hipbelt. So if your pack doesn’t fit, make sure it’s the right size! Dan said in another thread that there have been some size mix ups. Kinda bummed because I have a trip coming up and don’t know how fast the exchange will be but emailed support so we’ll see!
