The one human I’ve reached seems to think I’m the only person in the world with this issue, so please lmk.. I got a new PS console to play a specific game, started having access issues once the new edition rolled out last year (kind of anticipated, but this is blowing my mind), deleted the game while troubleshooting/deleting cache and the Store download button completely disappeared. I’ve emailed the game distributor over 50 times and I keep getting AI-hallucinated responses trying to verify my purchase, or simply telling me to download the game (even after specifically requesting video recordings proving there is no download button etc etc). Console company said they can’t escalate. Feeling my fears of starting this pastime were valid in a foreboding way.

I am not in the electrolysis business nor do I wish to become licensed. I have what appears to be a brand new, unused Blend EP device (direct from a manufacturer in Poland, I have the original order receipt -based on date unused), with a handful of accessories. Turned it on with my EcoFlow battery and seems to work but didn’t use myself. Can anyone recommend appropriate forums to try to unload this? Thank you
