I work in the heights and just saw my first spotted lantern fly nymph already 😑... of course I disposed of it...

I saw this while walking my dog and it looked like a bullet for some powdery substances of my youth, but I'm just not sure these days anymore, but then I thought an LED tire valve cap? About the size of a cigarette butt with condensation in it too.
