Foundation bowing, or uneven nature of cement blocks?

Headline kind of says it all. My anxiety and OCD are in overdrive as I try to fix things to stop this moisture intrusion. Nothing seems to be working and my mind is going to all the worst case scenarios.

When I use the level, there’s only this very small gap in 2-3 places. That bottom left block seems to stick out slightly….bowing or just a construction imperfection?

Thoughts on moisture fix?

This moisture spot in my crawlspace wasn’t flagged on my home inspection. First time I noticed moisture was after a huge rainstorm, so I didn’t think much of it. Then, I started noticing some moisture when it hadn’t rained. This area of crawlspace is directly under my concrete landing where my front door is

I started filling some gaps in the landing with concrete and thought it was addressing the issue. But when I got home from work and looked, the spot was larger than it had been in the morning. It didn’t rain overnight or at all today.

I have one more section to fill with concrete, and there’s a front garden bed I haven’t refilled with dot in a few years that I plan to do this weekend. Will creating a slope and refilling the garden bed fix this issue? I just don’t know how moisture is getting under the landing and into the crawlspace
