Experience with blue lotus tea

Hello, I am looking for a disccusion with others about blue lotus tea:). I tried it for few days in a row now. 1g blue lotus with 1 gram of chamomile, lemon balm, lemongrass mix. I drink it around 7 pm kicks in about 30 minutes. Knocs me out gentely to sleep the moment it starts to take effect.

Used to have problems falling asleep. Not anymore. I used to and still have really vivid detailed long and intense dreams that were exciting but I never felt refreshed after waking up no matter how long I would sleep. Now it feels like the blue lotus flower gives me the quality sleep with keeping my dreams the same. What a game changer.

( I need to wake up for a job around 3:40 am so this change was crutial for my well being lol, have 2 jobs so when I finish my 1st work around 11am I need the energy to get home and work on my art stuff. Now I can yay.).

Also a lot of people compare it to zaza. I understand that it has the occasional light headed buzz feeling. But to be honest there is where the comparison ends. Thought are compeltely silent, there is nothing in my head :D. Perfect recipe to fall asleep. In My opinion feels like a gentle lobotmy or weightet blanket. It's not intense. That's why I like the label of "ritual herb" not "drug". But maybe that's just me.

I am writing this experience mainly beacuse I couldn’t find a good review online. Hope this helps to others creative people with vivid dreams like me who are interested in effects of blue lotus before trying it themselves. Also If you have different experience feel free to share it. I am so interested. :)
