For context, I force reset this Facebook portal from my friend and before I did it said to reconnect WhatsApp but the friend wasn't with me so I just force reset it. When I set it up I noticed no matter what I did it wouldn't link to my grandma's WhatsApp and it took so long to display the qr code even though the WiFi was perfectly fine, so I gave up. I made my grandma a Facebook account and it worked fine to set up and log in. When I finished the setup I tried linking to WhatsApp again but it just wouldn't work. I just tried loading the code again now and it says: Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your Internet connection and try again.

(I think its a first gen portal but im not sure?)

My right hinge screen thing has raised and the rubber piece has gone so down into gap where it used to be, does this need to be fixed? I’ve had this Z Flip 5 since November last year.
