Client used a screenshot of a logo to print

I did a rebrand for a client, I sent her two versions of the logo for embroidery purposes and one for printing on a large board. She screenshotted the logo and then had it printed onto menus, used it as the social media pfp and header, and printed it onto lots of different items.

They are all compressed and look horrendous quality wise 💀 if they had just told me they were going to use it for that, I would've given the correct format and correct size for those purposes 😭

Bearing in mind this is in the middle of a 3 month project, so the deadline isn't here yet, and im still under contract so wouldve happily just re exported at no extra cost.

I am sad about it, hard work, at least 20 revisions, just to be compressed and printed without me knowing.

Customer is always right I guess

Lines on reduced opacity?

when i reduce opacity on some things it puts these lines into the shape.

The things i am reducing the opacity of are all PNG files.

Is there a way i can stop this? It prints like this too.

TIA
