Hey folks. I’m about to close on a property in CA that is currently an active Airbnb. I intend to continue running it as an Airbnb, and want to get a cash flow going asap. Has anyone been thru this process recently? I understand there are some pitfalls, like having your listing suspended cause Airbnb thinks it’s a duplicate. I’ve been digging around the internet and not finding great info on this. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
