Hey all, FTB here.

Looking at houses up in daft and seeing that some houses are for sale through online offers - with some having had almost 30 offers already.

What does it mean in terms of prices (i.e., if starting is 300,000) - Dublin area

and

when do these offers end realistically.

Some houses were advertised since feb or even december last year.
