What is this pain
I have been having problems with constipation for years because of opioids. I have severe neuropathy in both feet. I have no cartilage in either knee. I have a fractured vertebrae, the L4.
Recently, I had a very sharp and painful BM. I might have scraped my insides? I am not bleeding though.
I have used dulcolax, MiraLAX powder, prunes, stool softeners,senna, and berberine.
My recent problem. I sit down to go and the pain is breathtaking. Almost to the point of passing out. I do pass a BM probably because of the prunes.
I hurry back to my bed and collapse in 10/10 pain , radiating from about an inch inside. 10/10 pain you gasp and breathe so heavy nothing else matters. I try not to scream, but I could scream
I lay down, put on vinyl gloves and make sure I am clean with witch hazel wipes and Preparation H wipes. I put Preparation H ointment all over the area .
I lay still for about 10 minutes and the pain subsides. But if I sit up it comes back. It hurts to sit up. I can barely walk now.
No bleeding.
What is causing this pass out level pain?
I tried to find anything similar in description on Reddit and I didn't find anything similar. The pain is somewhat painful while passing, but overwhelming after the pass.
