Dad, WWII army vet. Records destroyed in the fire. Served in Noumea, New Caledonia in 1942-45 - bandsman and medical aidman. Think he was in the Americal division. Based upon on his location/assignment what ribbons might these be? I know about the hash tags. This is the only pic I have.
