Does anyone know if it's true that MSI will not provide warranty service themselves for a gpu bought in UK and instead you have to go through retailer?

On the contact details for UK hotline, it says to contact retailer for warranty for a gpu:

Can anyone in UK confirm this is the case?

For example, if you buy a new iPhone from the Apple store then that money goes directly to Apple. But if you buy a new iPhone from a retailer, then that money only goes to that retailer because the retailer already paid apple for the inventory. So in that case your money isn't going to apple. With that in mind, would it be fine to buy a new iPhone for example that isn't from Apple directly?

I know there is a 60 days return policy but once you create a label in that period, is it valid until those 60 days have passed or is it a shorter period?

Looking to buy a new shoe that can handle walking for hours and not make my feet ache. As I have flat feet with overpronation, which out of the 3 I mentioned is the most comfortable? I like the design of Gel-1130 the most but I've heard it might not be the best for flat feet due to the softer midsole.
