Nexus Revoked Appeal (Missing Button)
Howdy Nexus Sub,
Dealing with an odd predicament that I'm hoping someone can chime in on.
Applied a few weeks ago for a renewal on my nexus, and a few days ago I received an update that the current nexus was revoked (renewal application still says pending).
I called CBP on the US side and they said the only information they could see was "court action".
I had explained to the officer on the phone that I was charged last year after a misunderstanding, and the charges were quickly fully and unconditionally withdrawn after they realized they had the wrong person.
The officer asked if I had the court records showing they were fully withdrawn by the crown, which I absolutely do (along with a VSC showing nothing; the officer continued to say with the information, to appeal it through your account online and it shouldn't take very long. Continued to ask if I should take this information to the local nexus enrolment center in the states, and he said he wasn't sure.
The Issue:
On the TT portal, there is no button to appeal this or anything I can click to appeal (the nexus renewal is still pending, just the current nexus has been revoked). Given this, I have no idea how to appeal this, as the email floating around online appears to be no longer active.
If you've had any experience going into a renewal center / CBP and asking for a supervisor (or dealt with a missing button/UI issue), I'd really appreciate any insight. I've crossed on a semi-weekly basis from Niagara to Windsor for the past 15 years, and never had a single issue. I'm also concerned about now having issues whether or not this is appealed.
