Downloaded a PDF Textbook and the VirusTotal results are leaving me puzzled.

I'm a total noob in tech and software etc.
I downloaded this PDF Textbook and scanned it on VirusTotal and it made a Behaviour-Analysis, basically running it on a VM, I think?

The results are confusing to me but terms like "Masquerading" and "Process Injection" leave me worried.

I did not open this file on my PC and after seeing the results, I deleted it immediately, also ran a Virus Scan and nothing suspicious was found.

But still: Is this safe? I would appreciate any help and insight, thank you very much.

Downloaded a PDF from the official sites and the VirusTotal results were concerning?

I used the official wiki and one of the official domains to download a textbook. I scan every file I download on VirusTotal and it's the first time I've seen VirusTotal do a "Behavior"-Test, which I assume it runs it through different VM to see what it does. Needless to say, the results were concerning, I think?

Luckily, I didn't open it on my PC and deleted it immediately. I opened it on my Android phone though using the App ReadEra. Ran through multiple Scan-Apps and Windows-Defender on my PC, nothing was found, but can't always be sure.

On another and a question I have: Since ReadEra is an offline App (without the premium version), shouldn't it also be using 0 Network Data? I checked it on my phone and I saw it using a couple MB's, not much though. Is this concerning? Because I honestly don't know how and why it would use network data, unless there is a file using external network stuff.

I'm not really familiar with this stuff (honestly, I'm mostly a complete noob when it comes to internet and computer tech), so if someone else could give better insight on this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for your input!
