Fantasy Sub delays
First time subscriber here👋🏼 I’ve been on the waitlist for some time, and was so excited to receive my invitation for Tier 2 this March for the Faithful and the Fallen. I’ve now paid £29.99 for 3 months, and have yet to receive a book due to the delays.
While I understand delays happen, and this may very well be out of their hands, I find there’s no attempt at keeping subscribers happy in the meantime. Why am I still paying every month when I’m yet to even receive a single book? Especially as a first time subscriber, this has totally taken the excitement out of the whole process for me, and I’m beginning to feel like the cost isn’t worth it🫣 On top of this, they are constantly promoting new content and releases… honestly that really frustrates me that they’re teasing new things, yet they can’t resolve or bring forward the subscription issue… or at least offer some sort of compensation or payment skip until something has been shipped?
They’ve said they’ll be shipping 2 books in June… but by then I’ll have paid 4 months worth of subscriptions… will they also send 2 in July then? Is anyone else feeling this way?
I’m so gutted as I was overjoyed to be a part of this 💔
