People will get close to you, joke with you and say all kinds of things. You'll think you're friends. Then they'll turn around and do things behind your back. And you'll only find out after the fact. There will be denial, lots of repair and guilt behaviors. Offering to help with this and that. Don't fall for it. If they wanted to include you they would have. Choices were made. Zero apology or accountability.

Be careful what you say to people at work. Trust no one. Especially when it involves your job. There are some snakes at work and they all hang together. If you have a gut feeling about 1 person don't trust anyone theyre buddies with. People truly dont grow up even in a workplace.
