I’d like to start using my dynamic and condenser mics with move. I have a focusrite 18i8, but my ideal situation is to be able to work on the Move without my computer. The 18i8 doesnt work standalone. I’m ok with a preamp that needs AC power. Just don’t want to be tethered to my Mac.

Considering the iRig pre 2, but worried about noise floor.

Anyone have microphone preamp recommendations?
