First how do I improve loading distances? Stuff like buildings, scenery, cars, even some terrain seems to pop into existence like 30-40 yards ahead of me while driving. Aside from the occasional car or large truck appearing in the middle of an intersection, it hasn't caused a lot of problems yet but it's just really annoying. Don't see it at all while on foot, even dashing as fast as I can at the moment with double jumps doesn't cause the same thing.

About Vortex, I try to alt-tab at the menu or in game to close it but when I do the game closes. Doesn't crash every time I alt-tab, just by closing Vortex. Wouldn't matter so much if I wasn't stuck running less than the minimum memory for the game so Im scraping out every bit of it I can.
