Bizhub c300i Connector for Sharepoint stuck in login loop
Hi, I'm with an I.T. MSP and we do some copier work for our clients. They use to have a Kyocera with DM Connect and used it scan to many many folders on their network.
They need similar funcationality on their KM Bizhub -- I first installed Connector for OneDrive and this went fine-- was able to log in and see the Onedrive folder. But this can't reach their Sharepoint shortcuts inside OneDrive. They really need to scan to Sharepoint, so I removed Connector for OneDrive and installed Connector for Sharepoint (business version.)
With Connector for Sharepoint, I get stuck in an endless login loop (on the screen of the MFP itself.) I enter their Microsoft Business email, enter password, enter 2FA code from our authenticator app. It circles for a while and then brings me back to the login screen to enter my email again.
This was with our admin email -- my supervisor asked me to create an email specifically for this, so I am now trying to login with this new email (which is licensed with Microsoft 365 Apps for Business since they had an extra license.) However, I was at first trying with the exact same (O365 admin) email that worked for the OneDrive connector but does not work for the Sharepoint connector. Same email, same process. Obviously the O365 admin address has full access to Sharepoint. I gave the new scanner email access to the site/folders that they need.
Any help is appreciated.
The vendor who sold them this copier is not familiar with the Connector apps at all and wasn't any help.
TL;DR -- Connector for Onedrive was able to login, but Connector for Sharepoint is stuck in an endless login loop with no error message.
