Multi-Site and Page Builders: Any compelling reasons to use them?
I recently took over managing a multisite and a few other sites that have page builders. I'm looking to rationalize the plugins used across these sites and to split up the multi-site network to make management more straight-forward, and I was wondering if there were any compelling reasons to use a multisite network or page builders?
Just to be clear, I've never liked working with page builders, and actually prefer Gutenberg to the ones I've used for WordPress, like Elementor, Avada, and WP Bakery. If there is a compelling reason to use them, then what would be the one y'all would recommend? Preferably, it'd be one that has really good accessibility on the front end out of the box.
As for multisite networks, I know there are reasons to use them. An old employer of mine switched to them to help with security standardization across the whole organization's websites, but this is a bit different from what's going on here, at least from my understanding, where we have different websites/webpages for different campaigns and programs with differing requirements. In my mind, it doesn't make sense to use a multisite network for that.
I guess what I'm really looking for is some guidance from those that are smarter and more experienced than I about these things.
