Help with home gym layout

I'm finalizing my home gym on a 5.75 x 3.75m room.

As part of the setup, I have:

  1. Ares 2.0 5000 with 6 posts (16" + 30")
  2. T3 treadmill
  3. Hydrow
  4. Wall mirror (will be custom made to what size I want)
  5. REP 5200 bench
  6. Storage shelves for kettlebells etc
  7. Potentially thinking of a ballet barre for my wife, who always wanted one.

It's a bit tricky to get everything in place, so I played a bit with the layout and arrive in some potential arrangements:

  1. https://postimg.cc/nj3j7Y8B
  2. https://postimg.cc/dDDDpCcP
  3. https://postimg.cc/KKZ8NkDW

What do you think is the best setup? Or something else different from what I did there?

I'm personally more inclined to do #1; the bench is already in a good position to be lodged inside if I'm bench pressing, lat-pull down or rowing, and it stays out of the way to use the cables, and if I need the inside free, I can just slide it out.

Note: the greyed out box on the top left corner is a ~30cm pillar.
