The tree I’m asking about is the one with the pink buds on it. I did a poor job outlining it in the second photo. My “what tree is this” identifier app is usually very accurate; for some reason, it gives me a new genus every time I highlight this one.

This is a weird one.
I received a text from a few area codes over. They asked if my name was John and I said yes (I said yes because of the profession I work in— I get my name and number handed out to a lot of business associates who need to contact me). My name is not john, just using that as a placeholder.
They then said I was texting their girlfriend. They then sent me my address, which isn’t exactly correct, as the address they sent me is the lot across the street from me that I also own. I own both properties, my residence is right next to the property address they sent me.
What is this?
I’m a married father and have never had a texting relationship with anyone
