is there anything i else i can do?
so about a month ago i fell for a "i falsely reported u!" scam, i wasn't home at the time and both me and my friend that i was with saw a dm from a person i was friends with in a server dm me asking for help. usually i would completly ignore these and block them (as for i would know its a scam) but the person seemed exactly like that friend, talking the way they would, not to mention i had zero idea about the scam prior. as much as i should of been careful the person tricked me into giving them access to my account. however before i gave them the info i had saved the most important ppl on my friends list before my account was stolen. the scammer made me make an alt to keep talking to them while they "fixed the problem" on my main. they proceeded to ask me to buy some $50 item as a way of proof while telling me it was refundable. i asked an online friend about it on another app (since my irl friend didnt know) and they told me to not give him anymore info and to block him, thankfully i didn't but my discord? lost cause, this isn't my first time losing an account since an old one got perma banned and my friend just let me borrow her alt. i changed the password to my gmail account and other apps connected to it, i opened a support ticket but because i didn't understand how it worked i basically just sent a message explaining my situation and giving my username, the hacked friend's user, as well as the hacker's user as well. i didn't provide photo proof and talked to a bot until they told me a team member will look into it and i gave them 3 follow up replies further explaining it. i completly stopped after learning that u shouldn't do that as for it will make u wait longer, is there anything else i need to do in the meantime? and should i try contacting them through twitter/X? i've been pretty paranoid and currently through my gmail nobody has tried getting into anything or changed my passwords to anything as for i would get a notification if someone tried
