I am currently a personal injury attorney across multiple jurisdictions in the US. I make really good money but truthfully I want out of the US. I want to work for a non profit or ngo but I am not sure if a PI attorneys skills translate to that type of work. Any help or advice is appreciated

How do people find jobs abroad? I am struggling so much and I have a background in law, philanthropy, nonprofit work, fundraising, writing, and research. My husband is in tech so I know he will find something I am sure, but I need to find a job first. I just cannot find anything. Any advice is appreciated.
