I was happy about this until I accidentally made a splatter at the bottom when I got up to get a drink of water. Any tips to remove it?

Paper dried too quickly trying to do wet on wet so I messed up pretty bad. I wish I could paint as much as I used to and improve but feels like I'm going backwards.
