Here’s the result from my previous “bowl of steamy jizz” post, after it sat in the fridge overnight.

Almond agar-agar. Approx 50 calories for this whole bowl but I portion it and add a sprinkle of cream/sugar when I actually eat it, which comes out to 70 cals per serving. It’ll look a lot less jizzual once it sets.
