i’ve lost all my reasons for living

i have bpd & autism. my boyfriend (my fp) left me nearly a month ago and i still haven’t recovered. he was the love of my life. my reason to keep going. now he’s gone. we’re no contact now. i’ve been distancing myself from everyone around me. i feel like this is the end.
