picked this up from costco, black stones aren't a huge thing in the UK but I'd wanted one for ages so finally jumped.

we had storms here for the last few days so seasoning it was a challenge with the high wind, but got it done enough that i was ready to give it a go. need to do my corners and the front / back more, but will come with either usage and/or hammering it with my propane torch.

tasted mega and going to have a lot of fun with this. normally i do a lot of kamado charcoal bbq but wanted this for when we have people over as there's just so much capacity. don't come at me for my onions, I only like them really crispy 🤣
