Is Premium petrol better? UK

Hi all

I have a 2024 model with an E clutch and have always filled it with premium E5 petrol. Is this a waste of money ? I'm not bothered by any performance difference (I know it's not going to improve anything). I have mainly used it as I have been led to believe it's better for the engine components/ethanol isn't great for some parts of the engine such as fuel lines but is this true or am I just throwing money away

Hello all

Just come back from a short weekend away on the bike with my other half and think it's time to upgrade the rear suspension.

I have seen that YSS , Hagon , hyperpro and RallyRaid have replacements but for E.g. Rally pro have a print rate for 130kg+ but me and my other half are probably close to 150kg

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a rear suspension that would work for both solo and 2 up riding
