
Duplicate Readings from SmartScale
Not sure where this is more appropriate, here or with the device manufacturer itself, but I've been working on weight loss for the past few months. To aid that, I've had some Omron VIVA smartscales so they could be logged in Samsung Health and track overall trends with my smartwatch.
I've noticed the app is duplicating readings from my Omron app. I took a reading this morning and it synced fine. But over time it seens to add new lines to those days for each reading.
The Omron app syncs and connects directly with Samsung Health, it doesn't use Health Connect. Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and know how to resolve it?
