QC issues with Dunu Titan X !!!!?
After a lot of thinking and decision making through the whirlpool of iems finally brought my first iem the 'infamous' dunu titan X 5 days ego(it delivered). I liked the tuning due to the bass, ngl as a basshead, the bass isn't overpowering but controlled with good definition with decent midrange & ok ishh treble extension, felt that I will keep it, cherish it & will care for it & may be it will serve me years.
But here I am with QC issue(channel imbalance), Yess!! with Dunu which i didn't expect. After using 5 days( was totally fine before that) today suddenly the right ear piece felt quiter while i was watching a tourney. At first I felt may be due to mic placement of the commentator but No!!
I played many songs and Audios after that which I played previous days (including mono audio test etc) to ensure its not my ear including swapping the eartips, the cables, checking the nozels, with & without Dac also tried with another device, Nothing!! Same output(right side is very very quieter)
I brought these using the credit I had in my account in hpz. currently i requested a return on the site but don't know if they will accept the return or not as I didn't inform them under 24 hours cause I didn't have the defect in the first place. Will that be a problem? Pls share if !!
